    Whether you are a young person or someone who supports a young person, the initial sessions will be gaining an understanding of your unique situation and how it is presenting in your everyday life. Collaboratively we will explore challenges and formulate actions that are important and meaningful to you.

    Whether it is through talking, creative mediums or activity we will unpick the challenge and look at where support, skills and growth are needed.

  • Committed Action

    Using a wealth of tools and approaches we will find ones that resonate with you. With your new skills, strategies and awareness you will feel more empowered to manage challenges and live the life you want for yourself.
